Mehmet F. Dicle is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Loyola University New Orleans. He received his Ph.D. in financial economics from the University of New Orleans. He has taught at University of New Orleans and Yeditepe University, Istanbul. His research interests include market efficiency, international financial markets, political finance and econometrics.
